Sip'n Save is the trading name for a group of South Australian independent hotels and bottleshops.
Sip'n Save and Sip'n Save Cellars are part of the Liquor Marketing Group . This group of marketing and buying banners comprises Australia's largest group of independent hoteliers and bottleshop owners, with just under 2000 members Australia-wide.
Sip'n Save hotels and bottleshops are able to provide the full range of beer, wines and spirits at very competitive prices.
Each hotel and bottleshop is independently owned and managed and is committed to providing the highest possible level of hospitality service – whether it is the ambience of the public bar, quality and value of the food service, the level of entertainment, or the wide range and great value prices in the bottle shop.

HISTORY

Sip'n Save began in 1979 as an initiative of independent hoteliers, at about the same time two other groups were formed, namely Bargains and Red White and Amber. Over a period of 18 months, the three groups merged to form a strong group of about 80 hotels to trade under the Sip'n Save name.
Since those days, Sip'n Save has grown to its present size, representing over 280 hotels in South Australia.
Today Sip'n Save outlets are located throughout South Australia with a member in each major regional town and about 70 members in the Adelaide metro area.
In May 2005 Sip'n Save signed a joint venture with Liquor Marketing Group which brings the backing of a major national organisation.
